When I was a kid, I used to stare at DJs on TV. Then I became one of them.
For 25 years, I lived music at night: clubs, consoles, tours.
But the real journey began when I stopped playing it and started making it.

🎧 From Universal to Warner Music, where I launched the dance division;
💿 then my own independent label, and at the same time a digital startup, back when the word startup didn’t even exist;
🌍 and finally Sony Music, where I had the chance to work on international projects like The Chainsmokers, Jain, and Purple Disco Machine, and to build the music career of Carolina Benvenga from scratch.

In the meantime, I started my best startup, the one that brings all those unexpected tasks that come with it: my family.

In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I shifted from selling music to selling student travel at ScuolaZoo. And I fell in love with Gen Z, even though some of them had never heard of Daft Punk.
And long before Gabry Ponte made “Tutta l’Italiiiiaaaa” jump, he knocked at my door, looking to rebuild his live activity after Covid. In just a few years, we took his music from clubs to arenas, all the way to the legendary San Siro stadium in Milano: 54,000 people, a shared dream turned into reality.

Along the way, I also put my experience at the service of new talents as an advisor at HAT Music, a startup helping emerging artists build their own path.

How we can work together
1) Strategic consulting in the music industry
For artists, labels, dance teams, recording projects, and Music Tech companies.
→ Understand what works, what doesn’t, how to adjust path, and where to invest energy to grow.

2) Speaker for talks, conferences and lectures
I bring real stories, data, processes, and the mistakes the industry never talks about.
→ For master’s programs, festivals, corporate events, and music industry panels.

3) Advisor, board member
For companies looking to enter the Italian market or understand its dynamics.
→ Market insight, network, strategy, positioning.

I believe in three simple things:
Honesty, Sincerity. Justice.
The same values that guide my work every day.

And when I’m not working, you’ll find me climbing in the Alps, tinkering with new technology, or planning my next trip.
